About these terms
These terms apply to your use of invitrona.com, the website of INVITRONA ELECTRICALS LIMITED (CIN U47590DL1992PLC048891), whose registered office is A-56, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi 110028, India. By using the site you accept them.
The information on this site
Product, application and technical information on this site is general. Specifications are typical values and ranges for a product class, not the rating or performance of a particular unit. The rating, configuration, options and performance of equipment for your requirement are confirmed during engineering review and stated in the quotation.
Product images show the type of equipment and may differ from the equipment supplied.
We take care to keep the information accurate, but it can change without notice. Datasheets carry a revision number; check that you have the current one.
Not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a quotation or a contract. Figures, descriptions and downloads form part of a contract only where a quotation includes them.
Every supply is governed by a written quotation and the terms accepted with it. Where this site and a quotation differ, the quotation governs.
Warranty terms are stated in the quotation. This site does not state a warranty period.
Enquiries and service requests
Sending a form does not create an obligation to supply equipment or service. The reference number confirms receipt only. How we handle the information you send is described in the privacy notice.
Using the site
You may view, download and print pages and datasheets to evaluate Invitrona products for your own requirement. The text, datasheets, logo and design of this site belong to Invitrona; do not copy or republish them for any other purpose without our written permission.
Do not misuse the site: do not send false or automated form submissions, try to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how the site works.
Liability
To the extent Indian law permits, Invitrona is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site. Our responsibility for equipment we supply is set out in the quotation and the terms accepted with it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the use of this site.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date on this page shows when they last changed. To contact us, write to the registered office above or use the engineering enquiry form.
